Tony Brinton, Senior Design Strategist
Tony's been doing this for over 25 years. He works at the intersection of business, design, and technology to improve people’s quality of living, generate new value for organizations, and deliver measurable results for clients. A big part of his role at OTTO is getting clients to see the extraordinary potential in executing a well-crafted digital communications plan. The way we reach people is changing at a phenomenal rate, and Tony is on top of it.
Tony is a classically trained painter in the tradition of the masters, having earned a BA in Fine Art from San Francisco State University in 1995. His paintings have been exhibited in juried shows in San Francisco, CA and Aspen, CO.

Winston was born and raised in San Francisco. He moved East to attend Vassar College where he graduated with a BFA in painting and a BA in philosophy. Subsequently he moved to New York City where he has worked in the communications industry for over 30 years. He currently resides upstate, amidst the peaceful din of birds, bugs and chainsaws.
Winston has been part of the OTTO bloodstream since long before there was an OTTO, beginning his professional experience with David Kohler at Addison Design some 30 years or so ago. He has the ability to comprehend complex information and boil it down to clear language that anyone can understand.
He has worked with some of the brightest minds in business, helping a long list of clients with concerns of many kinds and sizes, from global rebranding to finding the right words for a birthday card.

Lindsey is half butterfly and half motorcycle princess.
Lindsey Blake Fortarel, Design Director
Many Design Directors are driven by aesthetic. The good ones recognize that successful design isn't about following trends, it's about creating them. And great Design Directors know that if they do right by the client and help them make their brand as strong as it can be, that builds an unassailable legacy of success. Lindsey is that kind of Design Director. She understands that design is about helping clients solve their business challenges and achieve their goals. Naturally, she also makes sure that the work OTTO does is at the highest level strategically and aesthetically.
Lindsey is a pillar of the OTTO Brand Lab. She has been instrumental in helping OTTO become what it is today. Joining us fresh out of school (Philadelphia University) over the years she has helped a paper company rebrand for the digital age, rebranded a credit union to accentuate the power of community banking, and marketed one of the largest skyscrapers in New York City, in addition to countless other projects to which she brings both intelligence and extraordinary design skills.
Hope once successfully hypnotized a squirrel.
Hope Kohler-Pinto, Project Manager
Hope is OTTO’s air-traffic control. She keeps projects moving, on time and on budget. Her extraordinary patience serves her well in dealing with the daily interruptions and urgencies that prevail in today's workplace. At the same time, she helps with a wide variety of client needs, and often serves as the primary client-contact person to ensure a focused and clear channel of communication.
After graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and working in the cosmetics industry, Hope moved to Hawaii and traveled abroad practicing yoga. Returning to New York in 2007, the calming techniques and mental discipline she practiced in her travels serve her well in managing projects and the office.
Kimberly's pet chipmunk is named Bud. He sings to her from atop a Buddha statue in her garden.
Kimberly is the force that made OTTO possible. Her steadfast belief in the strategic and creative powers of the OTTO team brought the business to life. As a partner, she's a pillar of the company and her acute assessment of client needs and our work keep the team focused and on point while she helps keep the OTTO ship running.
Kimberly graduated from the North Carolina School of the Arts and undertook a career in Theatrical Lighting Design, helping her hone her visual skills along her skills at managing a creative team. She has also worked as a producer for fashion and marketing photo shoots and has been a director of a catering business that again relied upon her excellent management skills.
A dynamic personality, Kimberly is the person people remember when they leave the room.
Mike loves hockey, records & robots, burgers, black metal & bowling, but most of all being a dad.
Mike Mehiel, Lead Developer
Mike is OTTO’s resident developer. When it comes to making it work in the digital realm, Mike is your go-to guy. His ability to simplify complex and technical situations for people of any background makes him extremely valuable. Mike is a constant learner and stays on top of the latest trends like it’s his job (and it is). He’s also got a wicked sense of humor that sneaks up on even the most perceptive listener.
Mike graduated from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. For over a decade he has lent his talents and willingness to learn to a variety of brands and agencies in San Francisco. Mike has provided videography, photography, design, social media leadership, and even site merchandising, just to name a few. Mike starts every morning making lattes at his espresso machine. The drinks are delicious, and the latte art is awful. He also runs a modest clothing company called Destroy Cancer that donates all proceeds to teen cancer charities.

Konstantina Gavalas, Designer
The Oracle of OTTO, Konstantina is wise beyond her years. Hailing from the birthplace of modern civilization, Greece, and moving to New York she is adept at translation. She can also make those design decisions easily understood by anyone who does not have a background in design. She does amazing work and can articulate why it works. While in college, Sara won the Showcase Showdown on The Price is Right.
Sara Pandolfi, Social Impactor
Sara is one of those highly effective people you've heard about. She gets it done. More to the point, as a specialist in social impact her work makes a meaningful difference in people's lives. Her focus has been on corporate and community partnerships, nonprofit development, crisis relief management, marketing, and strategic planning. At OTTO Sara has a central role in cultivating strategic partnerships, motivating the team, and developing socially responsible relationships.
Sara has successfully applied her considerable skills to a wide variety of clients in the corporate, non-profit, and creative fields. She takes on the challenges presented to organizations by understanding their strengths and limitations, and works directly with the client to formulate a plan to achieve their objectives, identify opportunities for growth and improvement, and maintain the integrity of the mission.
While highly educated (a Master's degree in Social Work from Columbia University and a Master's of Science from NYU) Sara has not shied away from putting theory into practice, taking all that she has learned and putting it to good use improving the lives of others in real and lasting ways.
Sara has earned a first-degree black belt and is a passionate patron of the culinary arts (though the two aren't related if she gets a good table).
Sabrina watched the Great British Baking Show eight times all the way through.
Sabrina Prabhu, Graphic Designer
Sabrina is one of OTTO's visual wizards. She has an exceptional ability to transform complex informational challenges into clear and compelling communications. Of course she does so guided by a refined aesthetic sensibility that ensures our clients benefit from strong and memorable work. She is also OTTO's resident type-nerd. You might say she's just our type.
Having graduated from Rhode Island School of Design, Sabrina worked in the creative industry for a number of years before finding a home at OTTO. Her training as a classical pianist helped cultivate creative discipline and a strong work ethic which serve her well in her professional career.
An ardent fan of classic cinema, world music, puns, and meandering walks, Sabrina has also studied synesthesia extensively. As a result, while we're not entirely sure what she has seen, we are certain it is interesting.
Natalia's waiting to hear back from Dave Grohl of the Foo Fighters regarding her design and drumming challenge.
Natalia Corletto, Graphic Designer
As a designer at OTTO Natalia brings a keen visual sense and a clear mind to helping solve client challenges. In addition to some serious design chops, she brings energy and optimism to the process of clarifying goals and achieving them.
A lot of energy and A LOT of optimism. : )
Born in the Dominican Republic, Natalia moved to New York City to attend the Fashion Institute of Technology. While studying graphic design she worked in retail which provided an excellent venue for developing the patience and attention to detail that are vital to helping clients solve complex communications challenges.
Natalia is a bit of a night owl. Since moving to New York she has seen over 100 bands/artists perform at live shows and has set herself the goal of seeing 300 by age 30. Despite the late nights of loud music, or perhaps because of them, she is an excellent and attentive listener.
