Our preferred way of starting a client engagement is through a conversation, which normally takes the form of a workshop.

Through a guided conversation, we use the workshop to form a clear understanding about your business challenge: do you need to optimize and evolve your brand or reposition and reinvent? The workshop gives you the opportunity to understand how we think, how we work, and who we are (and if we can be a good fit for the project). Then we develop an action plan along with the outcomes we want to achieve.

First we build a brand to own an identified long-term innovation space that will matter most to customers and support business growth. Then we activate the brand by creating experiences across the customer journey that create value and inspire people to act.
