Tony eats like a caveman and once constructed an entire barbecue pit out of used clam shells.
Tony Brinton, Senior Design Strategist
Tony's been doing this for over 25 years. He works at the intersection of business, design, and technology to improve people’s quality of living, generate new value for organizations, and deliver measurable results for clients. He's passionate about art, architecture & design, branding, advertising, teaching, storytelling and humanizing technology.

A big part of his role at OTTO is getting clients to see the extraordinary potential in executing a well-crafted digital communications plan. The way we reach people is changing at a phenomenal rate, and Tony is on top of it.
Tony is a classically trained painter in the tradition of the masters, having earned a BA in Fine Art from San Francisco State University in 1995. His paintings have been exhibited in juried shows in San Francisco, CA and Aspen, CO.

Winston was born and raised in San Francisco. He moved East to attend Vassar College where he graduated with a BFA in painting and a BA in philosophy. Subsequently he moved to New York City where he has worked in the communications industry for over 30 years. He currently resides upstate, amidst the peaceful din of birds, bugs and chainsaws.

Lindsey is half butterfly and half motorcycle princess.
Lindsey Blake Fortarel, Design Director
Many Design Directors are driven by aesthetic. The good ones recognize that successful design isn't about following trends, it's about creating them. And great Design Directors know that if they do right by the client and help them make their brand as strong as it can be, that builds an unassailable legacy of success. Lindsey is that kind of Design Director. She understands that design is about helping clients solve their business challenges and achieve their goals. Naturally, she also makes sure that the work OTTO does is at the highest level strategically and aesthetically.
Lindsey is a pillar of the OTTO Brand Lab. She has been instrumental in helping OTTO become what it is today. Joining us fresh out of school (Philadelphia University) over the years she has helped a paper company rebrand for the digital age, rebranded a credit union to accentuate the power of community banking, and marketed one of the largest skyscrapers in New York City, in addition to countless other projects to which she brings both intelligence and extraordinary design skills.

After graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology, and working in the cosmetics industry, Hope moved to Hawaii and traveled abroad practicing yoga. Natalia Corletto, Graphic Designer
As a designer at OTTO Natalia brings a keen visual sense and a clear mind to helping solve client challenges. In addition to some serious design chops, she brings energy and optimism to the process of clarifying goals and achieving them.
A lot of energy and A LOT of optimism. : )
Born in the Dominican Republic, Natalia moved to New York City to attend the Fashion Institute of Technology. While studying graphic design she worked in retail which provided an excellent venue for developing the patience and attention to detail that are vital to helping clients solve complex communications challenges.
Natalia is a bit of a night owl. Since moving to New York she has seen over 100 bands/artists perform at live shows and has set herself the goal of seeing 300 by age 30. Despite the late nights of loud music, or perhaps because of them, she is an excellent and attentive listener.
Nestor has the uncanny ability to sleep twice as fast as the average human.
Nestor Menjivar, Graphic Designer
Nestor brings abundant knowledge and humor to all things digital at OTTO. Happily, his positive outlook is augmented by an obsession with the little details and a superb work ethic. He doesn’t rest until he’s got it right. He makes sure that OTTO’s digital output doesn’t just work, but that it works well, across platforms and devices.
Born in El Salvador, Nestor moved to the North Fork of Long Island as a young teenager and applied himself diligently to his education. He graduated from Fashion Institute of Technology culminating in a senior thesis project that creatively explored the concepts of home and belonging. He then joined the workforce, gaining experience on the agency side and in the video production field. This body of experience helps him accurately assess a client’s needs and the best means of achieving them.
Some of the skills that make Nestor a digital wizard also work well in the kitchen– patience, attention to detail, creative problem solving. He is an excellent cook.
After graduating Yianni spent 17 days sleeping on trains.
Yianni Loizos, Graphic Designer
When you ask Yianni to do something you get back at least three well-reasoned and beautifully-designed options. This makes him a natural fit for OTTO where exceeding expectations is the expectation. As a designer his work radiates clarity, intelligence, and style, helping clients achieve their communication goals more effectively.
A Long Island native, Yianni came to OTTO as an intern while studying at the Fashion Institue of Technology from which he received a Graphic Design Medal while graduating summa cum laude. Of course because he's Yianni, that wasn't enough. In addition to earning his BFA in Graphic Design and an AAS in Communication Design, he also minored in Ethics and Sustainability, Creative Technology, Art History, and LGBTQIA Studies.
Yianni is a hands-on creative type who enjoys working with paper, travel, and adrenaline (hang-gliding, zip-lining, roller coasters, etc.) He was recently voted by a secret panel of judges to be OTTO's Most Likely to Become an Astronaut.
